Registered Office

Every company must have a Registered Office to which legal documents can be assumed to have been received by the Company Directors. The address cannot be a post office box but must be a physical address to which documents can be delivered by hand.

If you would like your registered office to be separate from your business or home address, we offer a registered office service for a nominal annual fee.

Virtual office

A Virtual Office is almost to be taken literally, it has the address of an office, telephone numbers of an office and even the meeting rooms of an office, except for one determining factor, you are not actually in the office. We offer a service known as "Mail Forwarding” which allows you to publish our address onto your company letterheads, stationery, business cards, etc, so when we receive your mail, we email it directly to you or if requested send it out to your designated address.

The second core service we offer is called "Telephone Answering”, where we allocate you with telephone numbers that when dialled, are answered by fully trained receptionists, who answer calls in your company name. The calls are then either patched through to your landline/mobile, and/or details of the caller, emailed over to a chosen email address. Using our virtual office service will ensure you are not left with any crippling overheads in form of rent for office space, or unnecessary wages for a receptionist to answer your calls.

Nominee Services

If you wish to protect your anonymity and not disclose your personal details, we offer a nominee director and shareholder service. This will preserve your privacy and prevent your details being published on a public register.
